Mr. Stanaland brings to the clients of Lerner, Veit & Stanaland a unique expertise, and insights gained from being both a practicing attorney and a board-certified public accountant (CPA) in the State of California. His expertise is so unusual that he has been an adjunct professor of law at Golden Gate University since 2002 and he holds the distinction of being “Certified Specialist, Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law, The State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization." Such a combination of skills and experience is highly unusual, and particularly valuable in the current difficult economic environment, where everything should be viewed in the context of its tax implications.
